Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B, C, D and E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no garages, extensions, separate buildings or extensions to the roof shall be erected to the dwelling hereby permitted without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
