| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E or F of The Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no garages, extensions, separate buildings, outbuildings or extensions to the roof or dormer windows shall be erected to the dwelling hereby permitted without additional planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority. Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A, Part 2, Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) no gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or provided in advance of any wall or the dwelling fronting on a highway.
