Planning application 22/01282/FUL

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B or E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no extensions or roof alterations or outbuildings shall be carried out to the new dwelling hereby permitted or the existing dwelling without additional planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
