Description

Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A, Part 2, Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) no gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or provided in advance of any wall or any dwelling fronting on a highway.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no roof alterations or roof extensions shall be erected on the bungalows without planning permission having first been obtained from the local planning authority.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class F of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no hard surfaces other than those approved pursuant to condition no. 14 of this permission shall be formed within any part of the residential curtilages located in between the bungalows and the boundary with the public highway without planning permission having first been obtained from the local planning authority.
