| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, and E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions or outbuildings (other than ancillary outbuildings not exceeding 10 cubic metres in volume) shall be erected without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
