Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B or E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no outbuildings, garages, extensions or roof alterations shall be carried out to the new dwelling hereby permitted without additional planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
