| Description |
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) extensions shall be erected within the site without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority. Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning [General Permitted Development] Order 2015 [or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification] no windows or dormer windows or other form of addition or opening shall be constructed in the roof or gable walls of the building(s)/ extension [other than those expressly authorised by this permission] hereby permitted without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
