Planning application 20/01343/FUL

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B, C, D and E of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no garages, extensions, roof alterations, porches or separate buildings shall be erected within the site without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
