Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A, B, C, D and E of the Town & Country Planning [General Permitted Development] Order 2015 [or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification] no extensions to the dwelling or alterations that increase the size of the dwelling shall occur without planning permission having first been obtained from the local planning authority and no outbuildings shall be erected or altered without planning permission having first been obtained from the local planning authority.
