The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

The garage shall only be used for the parking of private motor vehicles and for no other use including that of habitable living accommodation.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and Part 6, Classes A and B shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
