No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A,B,C,D,E and F; shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway.

No additional windows shall be inserted to the properties without first obtaining the written permission by the Local Planning Authority.

No caravans/boats shall be parked in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings.
