PROVISION OF SPEED CUSHIONS ON HEATH VIEW ROAD GRAYS – AREA 17

1) The Borough Council of Thurrock gives notice that under Section 90 of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers, it is considering a proposal to install Speed Cushions on Heath View Road at the following locations:-

On Heath View Road, approximately 15m south of the southern flank wall of No. 44 Heath View Road
On Heath View Road, outside No. 49 Heath View Road.
On Heath View Road, outside No. 69 Heath View Road.
On Heath View Road, outside No’s 171 and 173 Heath View Road.
On Heath View Road, approximately 25m south of the southern kerb line of Long Lane.

2) The speed cushions be installed in sets of 2. The cushions would have a maximum width of 1.7 metres, and length of 3.0 metres long and have a maximum height of 75 millimetres.

3) Copies of the plans detailing the proposals can be viewed on Thurrock Council’s website at thurrock.gov.uk/publicnotices. Alternatively, the proposals can be viewed by appointment during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm) by contacting the Transport Delivery Team via TransportDelivery@thurrock.gov.uk.
