Notice under Article 15(1A) of an application for planning permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Rayleigh Green Limited has applied to Thurrock Council for planning permission to vary planning permission 21/01635/FUL comprising: Application for the variation of conditions 9 (ecological management plan) and 11 (written scheme of investigation archaeology) of planning permission ref: APP/M1595/W/23/3328712, Thurrock Borough Council ref: 21/01635/FUL, (Installation of renewable-led energy generation station comprising ground-mounted photovoltaic solar arrays and battery-based electricity storage containers together with substation, inverter/transformers stations, site access, internal access tracks, security measures, access gates, other ancillary infrastructure, grid connection cable, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements) to facilitate the creation of the approved site access off High Road

An Environmental Statement Addendum has been submitted in accordance with the Town and Country (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations.  Members of the public may inspect the planning application, plans, Environmental Statement Addendum and all other documents submitted with the application on the Council’s website at:
