Testing is now well under way for the on line form for requesting an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment. Thank you to all who have completed this testing and submitted a test Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment request. Your support is much appreciated. Thank you from the whole SEND team! The feedback has been positive saying it is fairly user-friendly and simple. Testing will finish at the end of September and then we will look to making this live during October/November to enable all requests to be submitted by the portal.
