What's on in Thurrock

Healthwatch Thurrock are hosting three free mental health events in Thurrock for people to have a chat and learn about the different types of support that are available.

'The Community in Mind' event takes place on the following days:

• Tuesday 13 May (10am to 2pm) in the foyer of the Thameside Theatre, Orsett Rd, Grays, RM17 5DX.
• Wednesday 14 May (11am to 2pm) at South Essex College, High St, Grays RM17 6TF
• Friday 16 May (9am to 12pm) in the cafe of the Town Hall, Civic Offices, New Rd, Grays RM17 6SL.

Attendees can discover the range of mental health support available in Thurrock, join a walk and talk session or just come along for a relaxed coffee and chat.

No booking is required, just drop in.
