Lakeside and West Thurrock
The existing regional shopping centre will be expanded to become a regional town centre. The area will see major changes which will include:
- new leisure facilities
- homes
- commercial facilities
- an extension of the current shopping facilities
Improvements in the area will include a road that will link the Lakeside Basin to the regional town centre.
