Thameside Theatre and Thurrock Museum set to reopen

Thameside Theatre and Thurrock Museum are reopening their doors in September, allowing visitors to enjoy performances and collections including the much loved festive panto celebrations. Thameside Theatre will reopen on 7 September and Thurrock Museum will reopen on 14 September.

Thameside Theatre brings panto online for 2020

Panto season is back with a special edition of Sleeping Beauty for Thurrock residents to enjoy at home, thanks to Thurrock Council's Thameside Theatre and production company Polka Dot Pantomimes.
For the first time, the theatre has teamed up to offer a professionally pre-recorded performance available to watch online from Monday 14 December 2020 to Sunday 3 January 2021.

Wicked Wednesday cinema

Wicked Wednesdays are returning to Thameside Theatre in Grays, offering a fantastic family film deal this February half-term.
This exciting scheme offers 2 free adult tickets for every child ticket purchased, with child tickets priced at just £5. To make the offer even more tantalising, each child also receives popcorn and a drink.

The best of Queen

16 January 2020
Thameside Theatre opens its doors to a special one-night-only performance of Queen’s biggest hits on Saturday 22 February.
The Bohemians will showcase some of the band's greatest tracks including Under Pressure, Bohemian Rhapsody, I Want To Break Free and many more.
The band formed in 1996 and have since travelled the world, wowing audiences with their astounding ability to recreate Queen live on the stage.
