Coming into force: 22 March 2024.
Thurrock Borough Council in exercise of the powers under sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1984") and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, hereby make the following Order.
1. The Order shall come into operation on the 22 March 2024 and may be cited as The Borough of Thurrock (Harty Close, Stifford Clays) (No Waiting At Any Time) Order 2023.
2. Without prejudice to the validity of anything done or to any liability incurred in respect of any act or omission before the coming into operation of this Order, The Borough of Thurrock (Stopping, Waiting, Loading and On-street Parking) Order 2017 shall have effect as though:
a) Schedule 2 is amended by the replacement of the following Map Tiles:
