Erect scaffolding externally for access to survey the exterior of the building – some buddleia is growing out of the external walls in places, along with general weeds. Plan to remove the weeds and carry out any repointing that may be required. Internally, the current kitchen area is looking tired and some of the plaster has blown away from the wall. Plan to remove the existing kitchen units and water heater. Remove the modern materials back to the original wall and re-plaster with horsehair and lime, then install a new kitchen and water heater.
