Thurrock Careers has extensive experience delivering quality information, advice and guidance to students. We provide qualified personal advisers, and can draw on the experience and expertise of colleagues working in Thurrock Council.

You will benefit from our extensive and in-depth management information system, which can provide you with all the relevant information and reports required by Department for Education.

Our management information is recognised as high quality, achieving:

  • the lowest figures in the country for 'Unknown' education or training status
  • consistently decreasing NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) figures

Our team

Our personal advisers are all fully trained and qualified to a Level 6 in Career Guidance, and have many years' IAG experience working at national and local level. Their knowledge and skills are constantly refreshed and developed through extensive CPD (continuing professional development) opportunities.

All personal advisers have Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and undergo regular training in safeguarding. We will match a suitable adviser to meet your school's requirements, tailoring our extensive range of services to your needs.
