Brighter Futures Children's Partnership Strategy 2021-26

Our current Children and Young People's Strategy is the Brighter Futures Children's Partnership Strategy 2021-26, called 'Developing Well in Thurrock'.

Developing Well in Thurrock sets out how the Brighter Futures Children's Partnership intends to bring together their energy, enthusiasm and resources to improve health, social care, and well-being outcomes for our children.

Every child and young person, regardless of the circumstances into which they are born, should have the opportunity to maximise their potential in life.

Our children and young people have great talent and potential. We want them to have the best start in life and grow up well-equipped to take advantage of opportunities available to them. We want to make sure they can achieve their full potential in adulthood.

This Children and Young People's Strategy builds on previous successes and focuses on priority areas that require further improvement. It also takes account of government priorities, the ambitions of our partners, and gives due regard to young people's voices.
