9am to 4:30pm Child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) For ages 0 to 19 years, or up to 25 years for young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). By referral only.
9am to 5pm Midwife appointments Pre-natal checks, advice and support for you and your baby. Phone your midwife to book in advance.
9:30am to 10:30am Activity sessions For ages 12 months to 24 months. All welcome.

10am to midday Calming craft sessions 22 April. For parents and carers only. Book in advance.

For mothers with a 0-to-6 month-old baby. You could improve your fitness, bladder control, posture, core strength, wellbeing and mood. Suitable for all fitness levels. 11am to 1pm B3 – Birth, Bumps and Belonging 18 April. Peer support community for black and mixed black women who are soon to be parents or with a baby aged up to 2 years. All welcome.
