| 11am to 12:30pm | In person pre-natal and post-natal exercise classes | 18, 25 April. For mothers with a 0-to-6 month-old baby. You could improve your fitness, bladder control, posture, core strength, wellbeing and mood. Suitable for all fitness levels. Book in advance by phoning Tilbury Family Hub on 01375 858 243. |
| 1pm to 2:30pm | Baby weighing clinic | 4 April. Drop-in session for ages 0 to 60 months. All welcome. |
| 1pm to 2:30pm | Stay and play – start for life | 4 April. For ages 0 to 24 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome. |
| 1:30pm to 2:30pm | Activity sessions | For ages 24 months to 60 months. Book in advance. 18 April – Arts and crafts. 25 April – Bring a story to life: 'Rumble in the Jungle'. |
