9am to 10am Stay and play – rhyme time At Warren Primary School, Gilbert Road, Chafford Hundred, Grays, RM16 6NB. For ages 12 months to 24 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.

10am to midday Paediatric first aid 18 June. One-day course. Call 01375 372 476 to book in advance. A fee of £2.70 must be paid at the time of booking.
10:45am to 11:45am Bookstart corner For ages 24 months to 60 months. A Booktrust programme to support families to develop a love of stories, books and rhymes to help their children's early reading skills. Book in advance.
12:30pm to 4pm 1 year-olds development assessment checks Health and development assessment to check your child's weight, height, learning, diet and behaviour. By referral only.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Baby massage For ages 0 to 12 months. Baby massage offers a wonderful opportunity for you to bond and learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Book in advance. £12 for 6 sessions.
1:45pm to 2:30pm Stay and play – rhyme time For ages 0 to 12 months, at Stifford Clays Social Club, Harty Close, RM16 2AP. All welcome.

9am to 10am Play and learn For ages 24 months to 60 months. A 6-week programme for families to support their child’s learning through play. The sessions also provide ideas on how to support your child’s learning at home. Book in advance.
9am to 1pm Midwife appointments Book in advance.
9:30am to 10:30am Patch parenting A parenting course that provides support with the everyday challenges of parenting young children. Sessions will cover topics such as being a parent, play, temper tantrums and praise. Parents have the opportunity to discuss other areas of concern if they wish to do so. Book in advance.
9:30am to 10:30am Child health clinic For ages 0 to 60 months, at Stifford Clays Health Centre, Crammavill Street, RM16 2AP. All welcome.
10am to 11am Introduction to solids First Wednesday of the month. For ages 0 to 8 months. A programme to support parents and carers with introducing solid foods to their baby. Book in advance. Call 0300 300 1541.
11am to midday Go girls A programme to support parents and carers with practical approaches for supporting girls' emotional development and building their self-esteem. Packed with ideas for activities, exercises, group-work, games and helpful hints on supporting girls' and young women's personal development. Book in advance.
