Mondays

9am to 10am Stay and play – rhyme time 24 September. At Warren Primary School, Gilbert Road, Chafford Hundred, Grays, RM16 6NB. For ages 12 months to 24 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.
9:30am to 10:30am Child health clinic For ages 0 to 60 months. At Brooke Road Health Centre, Brooke Road, Grays, RM17 5BY. All welcome.
9:30am to 10:30am Patch parenting A course that provides support with the everyday challenges of parenting young children. Sessions cover topics such as being a parent, play, temper tantrums and praise. Parents have the chance to discuss other areas of concern. Book in advance.
11am to midday Go girls A 6-week programme for parents and carers, packed with ideas for activities, exercises, group-work, games and helpful hints on supporting girls' and young women's personal development, and building their self-esteem. Book in advance.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Baby massage For ages 0 to 12 months. Baby massage offers a wonderful opportunity for you to bond and learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Book in advance. £12 for 6 sessions.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Stay and play – toddler talk For ages 24 months to 60 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. Book in advance.
3:30pm to 4:30pm Bookstart corner For ages 18 months to 60 months. A Booktrust programme to support families to develop a love of stories, books and rhymes to help their children's early reading skills. Book in advance.

9:30am to 11am Chatterbox For ages 18 months to 60 months. A structured language group running for six to eight weeks providing support, advice and guidance to help your child develop their communications skills. By referral only.
10am to 11am Introduction to solids First Wednesday of the month. For ages 0 to 8 months. A programme to support parents and carers with introducing solid foods to their baby. Book in advance. Call 0300 300 1541.
10:45am to 11:45am Let's talk with your baby For ages 0 to 12 months. A programme to promote positive adult-child interaction and communication skills, attachment, stimulation in a rich environment through interactive, fun activities. Book in advance.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Stay and play – sensory play For ages 0 to 12 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.
2pm to 4pm Infant feeding support Third Wednesday of the month. For ages 0 to 12 months. Support sessions for you to discuss any matters relating to feeding your baby, such as breast feeding, formula feeding and introducing solid foods. All welcome.
3pm to 4pm Child health clinic For ages 0 to 60 months. All welcome.
