9:30am to 10:30am Baby rhyme time No session 1, 8 April. For ages 0 to 12 months. All welcome.
9:30am to 10:30am Plan and learn For ages 24 months to 60 months. A structured 4-week programme for families to support their child's learning through play. The sessions will also provide you with ideas on how to support your child's learning at home. Book in advance.
10am to 11am Easter event 8 April. For ages 0 to 11 years. Book in advance.
11am to midday Baby massage For ages 0 to 12 months. A 4-week course that offers a wonderful opportunity for you to bond and learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Book in advance.
2pm to 3pm Stay and play No session 1, 8 April. For ages 24 months to 60 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.

9am to 11am Children's continence adviser 3 April. Drop-in session for parents and carers of children aged 18 months and older.
9am to 4pm Midwife appointments Pre-natal checks, advice and support for you and your baby. Book in advance.
9:30am to 10:30am Parents 1st – coffee morning 10 April. Parents 1st is a group of parents who provide support and information on pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent, for families who are due to have a baby – during pregnancy, up to 3 to 6 months – and will become parents for the first time. Drop-in session.
10:30am to 11:30am Special educational needs and disability (SEND) – Just for You No session 3 April. For children with additional support needs, ages 0 to 60 months. Fun activities for you and your child. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.
11am to midday Stay and play No session 3, 10 April. For ages 0 to 12 months. Fun activities for you and your baby. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. The session also shares ideas to support your child's learning at home. All welcome.
1pm to 2pm Chat play and grow with messy play 3 April. For ages 36 months to 60 months. A fun session focusing on learning through sensory, discovery and messy play. All welcome.

1:30pm to 2:30pm Let's talk with your toddler For ages 12 months to 24 months. A 4-week programme to support your child's communication and language skills, including advice and strategies you can use in the home. Book in advance.
4pm to 5:30pm Young carers group Support sessions for children aged 4 years to 8 years who are identified as young carers. By referral only.

Thursdays

9am to 4pm Midwife appointments Ante-natal checks, advice and support for you and your baby. Book in advance.
9:30am to 11am Chatterbox For ages 24 months to 60 months. A structured language group providing support, advice and guidance to help your child develop their communications skills. By referral only.
9:30am to 11am Parent outreach service – advice session 25 April. Parent outreach workers provide high quality support and parental outreach services to families in their own home with a series of home visits. Parent outreach workers will also support parents to access and use services at family hubs and in the community. Book in advance.
11am to 12:30pm In person pre-natal and post-natal exercise classes 18, 25 April. At East Tilbury Village Hall, Princess Margaret Road, East Tilbury, RM18 8SB. For mothers with a 0-to-6 month-old baby. You could improve your fitness, bladder control, posture, core strength, wellbeing and mood. Suitable for all fitness levels. Book in advance by phoning Tilbury Family Hub on 01375 858 243.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Dental event 25 April. For ages 0 to 8 years. Helps families gain knowledge and understanding about supporting their children with good dental hygiene the frequency of sugars, the importance of brushing teeth and how to manage dental visits. Book in advance.
1:30pm to 2:45pm Baby weighing clinic Drop-in session for ages 0 to 60 months. All welcome.
2:45pm to 3:45pm Baby massage At Acorns Community Centre, Headon Hall, Crawford Avenue, Stifford Clays, RM16 2AS. For ages 0 to 12 months. A 4-week course that offers a wonderful opportunity for you to bond and learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Fridays

9am to 1pm Early interaction advice sessions For ages 24 months to 60 months. By referral only.
9am to 1pm Speech and language drop-in First Friday of the month. For ages 18 months to 60 months. Speech and language therapists will be available to provide advice and support to families who feel their child might be experiencing some delay in their speech and language development. By referral only.
9:30am to 10:30am Gardening group No session 5, 12 April. For ages 24 months to 60 months. Lots of fun activities in the garden for families with children. Please wear appropriate clothing. All welcome.
10am to 12:30pm Job club – supported families Employment adviser. Book in advance by phoning 07776 245 301.
11:15am to 12:15pm Let's talk with your baby For ages 0 to 12 months. A 4-week programme to promote positive adult-child interaction, communication skills, attachment and stimulation in a rich environment through interactive, fun activities. Book in advance.
