Mondays

9:15am to 10:15am Stay and play – little ones For ages 12 months to 24 months. All welcome.
9:30am to 11:30am Changing Pathways Domestic abuse and violence support. Call 07875 342 015 to book in advance.
9:30am to 11:30am Child health clinic, baby weighing At Tilbury Health Centre, London Road, Tilbury, RM18 8EB. All welcome.
9:30am to 12:30am Parents First support course From 11 June. Book in advance.
10am to midday St Mungo's Floating Support Service St Mungo's helps people recover from the issues that create homelessness, such as rent arrears, debt and benefits, and support families with employment and education. All welcome.
10:30am to 11:30am Stay and play – play2gether plus For ages 24 months to 60 months. All welcome.
11:30am to 12:30pm Stay and play – story and rhyme time For ages 24 months to 60 months. All welcome.
12:30pm to 4:30pm New born screenings A weight and blood spot (heel prick) test of your newborn baby. Book in advance.
12:30pm to 5pm 1 year-olds health checks Book in advance.
1pm to 3:30pm Infant feeding support Support sessions for you to discuss any matters relating to feeding your baby, such as breast feeding, formula feeding and introducing solid foods. All welcome.
3:30pm to 4:30pm Fun, food and fitness For ages 18 months to 60 months. Fun, physical activities and ideas to keep your child healthy and fit. An opportunity for your child to try different types of food each week and for parents to receive advice on healthy eating including fussy eating and portion sizes. Book in advance.

10am to 11am Bookstart – A busy day for birds 12 June. For ages 12 months to 24 months. Book in advance.
10am to midday Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) support group Fortnightly drop-in group.
11:15am to 12:15pm Bookstart – A busy day for birds 12 June. For ages 24 months to 60 months. Book in advance.

Wednesdays

9:15am to 10:15am Stay and play – play babies For ages 0 to 12 months. Fun activities for you and your baby. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. All welcome.
9:30am to 12:30pm Benefits and housing advice First, third and fifth Wednesday of the month. For council tenants only. Book in advance.
9:30am to 12:30pm MIND counselling service Counselling services are available to make sure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. Call 01375 391 411 to book in advance.
10:30am to 11:30am Stay and play – play babies For ages 0 to 12 months. Fun activities for you and your baby. The sessions promote social skills and stimulation to support your child's development. All welcome.
1pm to 2:30pm Chatterbox This is a structured language group running for 6 to 8 weeks providing support, advice and guidance to help your child develop their communications skills. By referral only.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Let's talk with your baby From 20 June. For ages 0 to 12 months. A programme to promote positive adult-child interaction and communication skills, attachment, stimulation in a rich environment through interactive, fun activities. Book in advance.
2pm to 5pm Stop smoking Thurrock Healthy Lifestyle Service. Call 0800 292 2299 to book in advance.
3:30pm to 4:30pm Baby massage From 13 June. For ages 0 to 12 months. The baby massage course offers a wonderful opportunity for you to bond and learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Book in advance. £12 for 6 sessions.

Thursdays

9:30am ro 2:30pm Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities (EPEC) course By referral only.
1pm to 2:30pm Speech and language drop-in Third Thursday of the month. For ages 0 to 60 months. Speech and language therapists will be available to provide advice and support to families who feel their child might be experiencing some delay in their speech and language development. All welcome.
1pm to 5pm Stay and play – language-focused Third Thursday of the month. For children attending the drop-in session.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Stay and play – toddler talk For ages 24 months to 60 months. By referral only.
1:30pm to 3:30pm Child health clinic, baby weighing At Tilbury Health Centre, London Road, Tilbury, RM18 8EB. All welcome.
3:30pm to 4:30pm Bookstart corner For ages 18 months to 60 months. A Booktrust 4-week programme to support families to develop a love of stories, books and rhymes to help their children's early reading skills. By referral only.

Fridays

10:30am to 11:30am English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) conversation club A club for parents and carers to develop their speaking and listening skills in English with friends. Book in advance.
1pm to 4:30pm Midwife appointments Pre-natal checks, advice and support for you and your baby. Book in advance.
1:30pm to 2:30pm Patch parenting A course that provides support with the everyday challenges of parenting young children. Sessions cover topics such as being a parent, play, temper tantrums and praise. Parents have the chance to discuss other areas of concern. Book in advance.
