Thurrock Council's Cabinet agreed to follow an investment approach as part of a Medium Term Financial Strategy update on 11 October 2017.
Our Investment Strategy set out how we could use financial investments to create income to pay for services beyond the 3-year period covered by our Medium Term Financial Strategy.
A meeting of full Council agreed an investment strategy approach on 25 October 2017.
