1.         Please confirm whether any licence has been issued under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 or any previous relevant legislation relating to dog breeding or pet selling by Thurrock Council to any person at 33 Courts Way Aveley South Ockendon RM15 4DN since 2018. No animal welfare licence is held at this address now or previously.

 2.        Please provide a copy of any licence referred to in question 1. N/A

 3.        Please confirm whether any licence has been issued under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 or any previous relevant legislation relating to dog breeding or pet selling by Thurrock Council to Linzi Bennett (Facebook profiles chowchowkingdomuk and Chowchowkingdomukk Bears) since 2018. No licence has been issued to this person.

 4.        Please provide a copy of any licence referred to in question 3. N/A

 5.        Please provide a copy of any database, register or list of licences issued under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 which is held by Thurrock Council.  All issued licences can be found via public access at Applications Search (thurrock.gov.uk)
