Could you please provide details of all buildings in your borough that have failed EWS1 compliance, ie. External Wall System Fire Review certificate / cladding
Response:
We can confirm where EWS1 assessments have been conducted no building have “failed”.
The response is based on the terminology of the question in regards to failure, EWS1 inspections are not a specific legal requirement in regards to building management because these were developed for the financial sector regarding mortgages. We have undertaken EWS1 surveys for 6 blocks, therefore, the above statement is true.
