1.       How many children are subject to a Child Protection Plan in your borough as of 02.01.2024?

2.       Please share a copy of a blank Child Protection Plan.

5.       As of 02.01.2024, what percentage of children subject a CP plan have been visited within the statutory time frame of 10 working days?

  • Of the 135 CYP subject to a CPP as at 02.01.24, 134 were eligible for a visit. Of these 134 CYP, 123 had a visit in time between 13/12/23 and 02/01/24; 92%.

6.       As of 02.01.2024, how many CP core group meetings have happened within the statutory time frame of 6 weeks? Please provide the number and percentage equivalent.

- Of the 135 CYP, 132 CYP were eligible for a Core Group meeting during this timeframe (between 21/11/2023 – 02/01/2024). Of the 132, 131 CYP Core Group meetings have happened within this time frame (21/11/2023 – 02/01/2024), which is 99%.

7.       As of 02.01.2024, how many CP cases have had case supervision in the past 4 weeks in line with the statutory timeframe? Please provide the number and percentage equivalent.

  • Of the 135 CYP, 125 were eligible for case supervision during this time frame (05/12/23 – 02/01/24). 125 case supervisions were completed in the time frame, which is 100% (05/12/23 – 02/01/24).

8.       How many children are subject to a Child in Need Plan in your borough as of 02.01.2024?

11.      As of 02.01.2024, what percentage of children subject a CIN plan have been visited within the statutory time frame of 4 weeks?

- Of the 452, 84 were subject to CWD Review requirements and therefore not subject to the statutory time frame of 4 weeks. 11 CYP were not due a visit within the time frame. 357 CYP were eligible for a visit within 4 weeks, and 357 CYP had a visit in the timeframe(29/11/23 – 02/01/24), which is 100%.

12.      As of 02.01.2024, how many CIN cases have had case supervision in the past 2 months in line with the statutory timeframe? Please provide the number and percentage equivalent

  • Of the 452 CYP, 84 were subject to CWD Review requirements and therefore not subject to the statutory time frame of 2 months.  Of the 368 CYP that were eligible, 368 had a case supervision within the timeframe (02/11/2023 – 02/01/2024), which is 100%.

13.      As of 02.01.2024, how many children have been subject to a CIN plan for more than 12 months?

- Of the 452 children subject to a CIN Plan as at 02/01/24, 140 have been on a CIN plan for more than 12 months (since before 01/01/23).
