Request:
Can you advise if any properties or areas of land within Thurrock are affected by a live Compulsory Purchase Order? If so, can you provide a list/map of the affected areas?
Response:
There are currently no live Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs) that the council are implementing. Third-party organisations may have live CPOs that cover land in the Thurrock area but the council would not be made aware of this.
