Council owned land

Publication date:
Monday 31 July 2023

Can you send me any records regarding the service access space by State Lane Grays (access road into Morrison loading bay). Does the council own the land or is it down to the Highway? Is this a private land?

The land in question is not public highway and is not owned by the council. The land is privately owned, and the council does not hold information on privately owned land, however such information can be obtained from Land Registry. The Land Registry Title number to the land is EX634181.
