Request: 

Avison Young have been instructed by Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust to conduct a historic forensic business rates audit of any credits/ write on information held on account. Please see the attached letter of authority confirming Avison Young’s instruction.

The trust (Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust) was established on 1 April 2020 following the merger of three existing NHS trusts: Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust and Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

We would therefore be grateful if you could provide any historic business rates credits/ write on information for any of the below mentioned ratepayers:

•           Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust

•           Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

•           Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust

•           Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
