Response: In Development – Whilst we have begun scoping requirements for future data-linking – and have carried out some Ad-hoc reporting requests - We do not regularly link data for the purpose of reporting (except for Performance monitoring in Education & Children Social Care Services)

Response: School census (Ad-hoc Reporting), Case Management System Data (Ad-Hoc/Regular Performance reporting).

Response: Children and young people with Educational Health Care Plans, Children in Need, Children looked after (care experienced), All children and young people (Known to social Care Services)

Response: To inform Data Dashboard, system cohort flags & Other (Ad-Hoc Reporting requests) – mainly to identify children who are in more than one cohort
