Please may I request clarification of what electronic data recording system/software you use within Thurrock council?

Can you please confirm that the electronic system in place records work completed/letters sent ect on resident related matters. For example, GP services use a system called System One to record any patient related information. What system is used by Thurrock council to record any resident related information

Environment:

council wide Uniform database for all SR logs

Customer Services log resident details against records and create records on the below systems:

Adults and Childrens services:

Liquidlogic LAS & LCS for Social Care data

Housing:

Northgate, Jigsaw and Uniform

Northgate: letters produced and works completed

Jigsaw: letters produced

Private housing:

Uniform - to record cases that holds information such as address, contact details and a note system for officers to record what is happening with the case. Uniform can also be used to create letters / documents

Objective -  to store files, emails and letters related to cases.

Rents:

NEC housing is used to issue any system generated letters, and records the type of letter, what the rent arrears were at the time and the date that they were issued to residents.

objective is used to save any letters that are not system generated.

Your request will be considered by a senior member of the Information Management Team who will update you with the outcome of the review.

If you remain unhappy following the outcome of your Internal Review you may wish to refer your case to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and details of this organisation can be found at www.ico.org.uk . Please be advised that the ICO will not consider your case until they have confirmation that you have already been through the Internal Review stage with the council.
