•           Average waiting time for victims of domestic abuse and violence who have requested support services commissioned by your council between the years below. Please categorise the data by the types of domestic abuse and violence support services your council commissions (e.g. refuges, counselling).

Wait times are recorded for the following domestic abuse support services commissioned by Thurrock council .  Please note that the reporting format changed from days to percentage during these reporting years, so the figures may not be directly comparable.

For services such as refuge, there are no waiting lists, if there is a space, the individual can accept that space. If there are no spaces, the individual is assisted to find a space elsewhere.

Our in-house- community facing support, has a contact target time of 48 hours from receipt of referral.
