All decisions and any emails from interested parties, councillors, etc along with highways department and members of public local residents which informed the décimo making process as to why this road was upgraded when there are far worse roads in the immediate locality especially as this is not a well used or road used by public transport which would raise profile

Funding was secured via a Capital Bid, please see attached documents.
