I understand you had a meeting with the Fields in Trust regarding your proposals to build on the King George’s fields at Blackshots left in trust and please may I see the minutes of that meeting
Response:
An informal introductory site walkabout was undertaken with representatives from the councils housing and property services and Fields in Trust on 5th October. There were no minutes taken and no decisions made.
