Fly Tipping of waste materials

Publication date:
Tuesday 26 November 2019

Details of fly tipping of waste materials including septic tank and cesspool sludge as well as any liquid drainage waste within the boundaries of your local authority. This information may help in establishing the relevant provisions of the DrainSafe scheme.

All data regarding fly tips within the borough are recorded on the National system, Waste Data Flow.  This will include the amount of instances, the size of instances, the general type of material fly tipped, and on what land type the fly tip has occurred.  Unfortunately, it does not specify sewerage or septic tanks within the general types of material.

To our knowledge we have not had any instances of fly tips containing either sewerage or septic tanks.
