2) Please can you provide me with a copy of all your responses to FOI Requests in 2022 that you deemed vexatious? I am researching the application of s14 by Local Authorities.

3) Please can you provide the top 5 highest number of FOI Requests submitted in 2022 by a single individual

Response:

We don’t have a policy for public interest test, if the council believe that a qualified exemption applies a PIT form would be completed, the form would determine whether the publication is in the favour of release or not. See attached form.

2. Please can you provide me with a copy of all your responses to FOI Requests in 2022 that you deemed vexatious? I am researching the application of s14 by Local Authorities.

No requests were considered vexatious.
