GIS mapping

Request: 

Please can you provide me with the GIS mapping and associated datasets that were generated as part of the Local Plan 'call for sites' process undertaken in 2019? A link to the now-closed 'call for sites' portal is included below.

Please provide the requested mapping in a GIS format.

Response: 

Unfortunately we cannot supply to you the information you have requested in the format requested (GIS format) as the data has been captured against the Ordnance Survey base map and under our Ordnance Survey Copyright agreement, we are prohibited from supplying it to additional parties.

However, the Council is able to provide information on each site submitted to the Call for Sites 2019 in an Excel file which is attached.

You are free to use any information supplied to you for your own use, including non-commercial research purposes.  However, any other type of re-use, for example, by publishing the information or issuing copies to the public will require the permission of the copyright owner.

Where the copyright is owned by Thurrock Council, you must apply to the Council to re-use the information. Please email information.matters@thurrock.gov.uk if you wish to re-use the information you have been supplied. For information where the copyright is owned by another person or organisation, you must apply to the copyright owner to obtain their permission.
