Thank you for your request dated 03/03 for the following information:

1.         Name, title and contact details of the Councils Senior Information Risk Owner

2.         A Copy of the 2020/21 and 2021/22 Annual SIRO report – this may be a standalone report or part of another report e.g. Annual Governance Statement, if so please provided a copy of the AGS for 2020/21 and 2021/22.

3.         A copy of the Councils current Information Risk Policy.

Response: 

I would like to make a Freedom of Information Act request for the following information:

1.   Name, title and contact details of the Councils Senior Information Risk Owner.

2.   A Copy of the 2020/21 and 2021/22 Annual SIRO report – this may be a standalone report or part of another report e.g. Annual Governance Statement, if so please provided a copy of the AGS for 2020/21 and 2021/22.

Please see attached documents, please note that you will find that part of the report for 2021/22 has been redacted as we have applied Section 31 (Law Enforcement) of Freedom of Information Act 2000 as ‘The information held for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime can be exempt if its release would prejudice (or would be likely to prejudice) that activity.  This includes crime prevention methods in general and can include information about the physical security of buildings.’

3.  A copy of the Councils current Information Risk Policy. Information not held

Please be advised that the ICO will not consider your case until they have confirmation that you have already been through the Internal Review stage with the council.
