Please let me know whether or not  the whole or part of the Exit as it now exists from the above mentioned car park which leads into King St belongs to the Council and also whether or not the whole or part of the Entrance as it now exists from the High Street belongs to the Council.  In both cases if part only belongs to the Council please state which part.

Response: 

The property known as King Street Car Park in Stanford Le Hope was sold by the council on the 6th December 2013.
