Request: 

Can you please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. Full schedule of planned and historic highway maintenance for London Road Grays / Askew farm lane  (e.g. when the highway was last resurfaced, when it is planned to be resurfaced again etc. )

2. All of the inspection reports for London Road Grays / Askew Farm Lane roads for 2017 , 2018 , 2019 , 2020, 2021 , 2022 and latest ones for 2023 too.

3. A complete list of all road defects in the area of London Road Grays / Askew Farm Lane reported to yourselves from 2017 to present date and their current status of repair/completion.

4. A complete detailed list of any claims and awards made including appeals made against defects in the highways of the London road Grays  / Askew Farm Lane area and surrounding areas (e.g. damage caused by potholes etc.).

5. Details of any risk assessments completed regarding highway maintenance for these said roads.

6. A list of any third party works that was done on the said roads (for the utilities etc...) for the years 2017, 2018 , 2019, 2020, 2021 2022. And inspection reports or similar after the completion of the works.

Can you please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

Appendix B - see attached for completed works. With respect to planned works we are looking to resurface the junction this fiscal year, although no programme at the moment.

  1. All of the inspection reports for London Road Grays / Askew Farm Lane roads for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and latest ones for 2023 too.

  1. A complete list of all road defects in the area of London Road Grays / Askew Farm Lane reported to yourselves from 2017 to present date and their current status of repair/completion.
