Request: 

1. Can you please send me a copy of formal reports (Be that to management, your IG steering group or GDPR oversight or equivalent) relating to the retention of email.

2. Please send me a copy of any reports, plans or projects to delete archived emails within your Council?

3. Please send me a copy of any reports or plans to delete electronic files from your infrastructure which are outside retention periods.

4. Please send me a copy of any plans, projects or initiatives to encourage your service areas to use storage electronic files efficiently and only store files within their prescribed retention periods.
