Meetings and correspondence with Philip Morris International

1) Between 1 December 2017 and today details of all meetings attended by Thurrock council officers and representatives of Philip Morris International. Please provide the following information: date of meeting; attendees; description of subject of meeting; any agendas and minutes.
2) Between 1 December 2017 and today, all email correspondence between Thurrock council officers (working in public health) and Philip Morris International, including Teresa Salami-Oru.
3) Details of any partnership or collaboration between Thurrock council and Philip Morris International, or any scoping work by the Council into a partnership or collaboration with PMI, since December 2017.


1) There has been no correspondence: Thurrock Council is a signatory to the Local Government Declaration on Tobacco Control and adheres to Article 5.3 of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control; we do not correspond or contract with the tobacco industry.
