Request: 

1. Confirm the % of applications that have failed to be determined on time for each year since 2016. In my own experience it is 80-90% recently. Can TBC co firm whether 80-90% is the norm

2. Confirm the % of jobs Extension of Timed for each case officer currently employed by TBC.

3. Confirm which case officer has the best record for applications approved on time.

4. Confirm which case officer has the worst record for applications decided late.

Response: 

1. Performance is measured by MHCLG from 1st April financial year.  The following information shows that 3% of applications (Major category) were determined beyond the statutory timescales in 2016/17 and 2017/18.

We have taken Q3 and Q4 on a literal level; because the Officers secured Extension of Time agreements all applications were determined ‘in time’.  This information is provided on the basis that it cannot be made exempt.
