How many professional Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC)  surveys have been carried out on council buildings (including commercial, non-commercial, community and residential) that were built or extended between 1950 and 1990? Please provide a numerical figure.

Thurrock Council currently have no identified RAAC within its portfolio that represents a threat to life safety.

From these survey’s any remedial actions will be documented in relation to RAAC. The housing service identified 11 individual sites that required surveying following a desktop review of the assets information database.
