School buildings condition

Request: 

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please list/provide me with:

-A full list of the schools in your region that were surveyed during the 2017-19 Condition Data Collection Programme that had at least one (i) building element, (ii) construction type graded (A) C (poor) and (B) D (bad);  and which of those schools (1) have already received funding from the School Rebuilding Programme and (2) are expected to receive funding from the School Rebuilding Programme in the next two years.
