Red Alert (complex TEC solution installations).  Careline (Alarm Receiving centre [ARC] installation of core / basic TEC only)

Careline / Urgent Community Response Team.  Local Authority direct service

No plans at the present time, but review of BCF plan and general service anticipated to generate further line of enquiry

No plans at the present time, but review of BCF plan and general service anticipated to generate further line of enquiry

Approx. 4300 residents registered with Careline (ARC)

Further review of TEC and support options to be initiated late 2023 / early 2024
