Freedom of information response

Term dates

Publication date:
Friday 7 July 2023
Request:

1. The dates from 2006 to 2014 as an attachment or a different link, as the link supplied does not open for me
2. The dates for the year 2020/21

Response:
  1. The dates from 2006 to 2014 as an attachment or a different link, as the link supplied does not open for me

Unfortunately we have discovered that the reason the links did not work was because the data that sits behind the links that is held in our main data storage system had been deleted in line with our retention policy. The retention policy states the data should be kept for 6 years. The web team who originally supplied the links were unaware the data had been destroyed and were not advised to remove the links. This action has now been addressed.

  1. The dates for the year 2020/21
